Profession sheet 1: "A" Officers

My first attempt to describe a fictional profession turned out to be quite awkward.
What do you think, are there any better titles for these sheets than "inside" (augments descriptions) and "outside" (general descriptions)? To be honest, I suspect that they sound quite stupid, but I just haven't come up with anything better, so help would be much appreciated.
