We arrived back home after the incident and made sure all windows were close and cover just so that no one could see us. We feared people would know my whereabouts but it seemed like people of Ted.co had forgotten about me. Miriam put on the dress, it was beautiful a perfect fit. The white dress with sunflowers and green vines where something that became one with Miriam. She started to dance around in joy with having it on "I don't know but this dress looks so pretty and plus it's been a while since I wore a dress and this one just speaks to me" she takes it of and looks a the dress we a big smile but then that smile so became a frown. "You know I might not go".

She says I get up and look at her "What are you talking about, we legit just went to the store just to buy this dress for you to go to the Reunion" I raised my voice, she then puts her hand and grips my mouth shut "Your to loud, look I really want to go but what happened today just scared me so I want you to come with me" I grab her hand and put it down "she wanted me to come to the party....but couldn't we get in trouble " I thought to myself "Look you just kept me calm when the woman were talking about me you didn't have to say anything you just used your body language to make me feel at ease" hearing those words from Miriam was touching, I would have never thought of myself like that and I would have never really felt like this before "Well I still don't understand why Miriam" Miriam smiles "I want you to come because I want you to make me feel safe I take care of you, you take care of me" I look at her "Your so weird" I laugh "I guess I'll go, but I don't have a dress to wear" Miriam replies "You don't need a dress just...wear some jeans or something and come with me" I roll my eyes "Come on Miriam don't you have any old dresses" She smiles at me with a evil look and opens her mouth "You don't need any old dresses just look how you looks right now" she pats my shoulders "So a street rat" I open my arms wide to show her my clothing "Honestly Karina you look fine" I analyze my outfit. I was wearing a big sweater with ripped jeans and a somewhat stained shoes that were a little bit bigger than my actual shoe size. "Yeah sure I look fine" after I say those words Miriam starts bursting into laughter analyzing the outfit I was wearing as well. "Maybe we should pick out something" Not realizing how much noise we were making we heard a knock on our door.

"Karina hide" Miriam orders, I quickly walked inside her room and went under her bed just to make sure I wouldn't make any noise. Miriam then opens the door "Oh hi Joshua I didn't know you were coming" Joshua is a friend of Miriam but since I learned of him I had never shown my face to him so he doesn't know my whereabouts or that I am here, actually so far the only person that knows about where I am at is Miriam. "Yes sorry for the sudden welcome it's just I was just wondering how you were preparing for the reunion" I take a little glance and I notice that Miriam had a little tint of pink on her cheek. When ever Miriam describes or just talk about Joshua, it looks like her eye flutters and her body tingles a little, I'm not no love expert but how Miriam just looks at him seems to be love. "Wouldn't you want it to be a surprise I mean I wasn't gonna ask you such a questions but since we are here I was gonna wear a nice dress" she says making a sly look. "A dress, It's been a while since I seen you in one" he then sits on the couch waiting Miriam reply "Well I mean It has been a while but that doesn't change anything" Miriam was inside the kitchen opens the fridge and takes out two cans of soda "Oh no I'm fine I just wanted to talk to you" he pats his hand on the couch making her sit down "Well if you just want to talk about the dress this must be short" Joshua puts his hand on her lap "No its not really about the dress I was just-" Miriam stops him from continue "Just what is going on" She looks a him with a worried look.

He speaks "Miriam...since that day you've haven't really been yourself I mean I know I don't see you often but your not very talkative" he sighs. Miriam starts to chuckle "What are you talking about I still talk to you and I'm the same Miriam" she puts her hand on top of his. "Miriam" I whisper, soon after I say that Joshua jolts up from the couch and started to shift his eyes around "Is something wrong" Miriam questions. "I heard a voice" Joshua replies. Miriam's face soon turns into somewhat blue and looks down "Really, I think you must of just heard the wind" she giggles "Oh maybe its a gos-" Joshua suddenly speaks "Is someone under your bed" all I could hear was my hot breath trying not to make a noise, I slowly crawl back so that he wont see any part of my body. "Joshua you must be seeing things" Miriam rushes in front of him. "See this is what I've been talking about your hiding something from me aren't you" he says with a stern voice. "No of course not, I wouldn't hide anything from you!" After Miriam raised her voice Joshua put his hands on her shoulder "Then let me look under your bed" Joshua says. Miriam was frozen in that moment she didn't speak, she didn't move but then she spoke "O-okay" Miriam was trembling with her voice. Joshua nod his head "Thank you" he then bended his knees and lifted the clothe that covered the darkness that was beneath the bed.

Miriam tremble and seemed like she was about to cry. "Why were you so nervous showing me this" Joshua said. "I-I thought you would tell the others, look just she's-" Joshua pulls out the sunflower dress and soon his serious face soon was a grin. "Now why would you hid this from me, it's so beautiful it would definitely look good on you" He looks at it all around. Miriam makes a big sigh and looks at the dress "I mean it does look go but can you stop looking at it" Miriam pushes Joshua on the bed, "What I just wanted to see the outfit you were wearing and I guess you were to shy to show me" he starts to laugh. Miriam rolls her eyes "Could you shut up It was a secret and you was so impatient you better not tell anyone". She points her finger at him. Joshua puts the dress down and grabs Miriam's hands and looks at her with a dashing smirk "I promise" Joshua gets up and streches "Welp, I should be going and Miriam I'm sorry for saying those things ealier I shouldn't have judged you like that" Miriam smirks back at Joshua "It's fine I know you were just worried about me" she gets up and pats his chest "Just don't suddenly you know look under my bed". They both laughed, Miriam walks Joshua to the front and they both offer back their goodbyes to each other and she close. A big sigh comes out of Miriam "Alright you can come now" I burst out of the bed I was hiding from. Thank god I put the dress in front of me so that he can look at that first. "Man he needs to mind his own buisness" I open the can of soda and sit down on the couch. "He sure is but I don't mind" she smiles.
