Ok ok, hear me out:
This was semi-based on a personal experience where me and some friends were at the movies to kill some time. We wanted to watch Captain Marvel but then we hesitated because it was only in 3D and we disliked 3D, so we spent some time wondering what to do. I blurted out something like: "So you're looking for something passive to do right? Okay let's go do some drugs." My friends laughed.
So yeah, the comic came from the time I remembered saying that as a joke. I then took my characters and decided to run with it anyways because I have no other story ideas :/
We ended up watching Captain Marvel in 3D that afternoon.
