For some reason I am starting to doubt that that Juliette is actually our Julie.... The reasoning mainly is 2 things, well 3 but the 3rd goes along with one of the others... First, where is our doggo Mike? And second is, what if she is a clone? (this is where the 3rd thing comes into play) Remember how the High Tiers wanted to keep their High Tier status by purposefully limiting their reproduction? We know it has been some time since the High Tiers started this purposeful limiting, well at least it is assumed. I am assuming it started around the time that the war started. The only people who seem to know about this war is the president and the high tiers. What if after all that time they lost the ability to actually reproduce sexually and now the only way for them to continue on is to create clones? What if that is what Julie fell in on when she was still living in her underwater world. It would make sense on what caused her so much grief where she would rather die and why this Juliette does not remind of Julie at all besides the looks.
