It's a good day for dying

Death is a Fatal Encounter [6]

Death is a Fatal Encounter [6]

Jul 09, 2019

I can safely say that today as gotten more exciting.

"Isn't this fun?-"

Sadly enough my question didn't provoke an answer. Well at least I now have something to amuse me, it'll be interesting to see how far I can go before someone snaps. How accelerating. They're an odd fellow; why bring up my beloved sister of all things? I wonder if she did anything to this bloke. Who knows? But it'll be fascinating to see where this goes and how long I can stay intrigued by this stranger.

"-Now, I finally know what you look like,"

No matter how I tried to rearrange my facial features into a more pleasing smile the roguish grin was still displayed. I don't remember being this bad at performing. That's rather unfortunate - isn't it? Well, like they would care for it anyway.

Their uneven skin tone was distracting, it was like a raw red that would appear after a burn or a rash, but it wasn't as vibrant... it was more desaturated like a corpse that has been left out to decay. But that description would be fitting - wouldn't it? Because I have a feeling that this fellow is someone haunting me from my sister's past; who knew that my dear sister, Elene, had led such an interesting closed-off life?

Now I'm jealous.

Remnants of stitches lined their shrivelled lips and dead eyes as well as along the threshold of their throat. Their choice of clothing was intriguing, or rather the lack of, as their chest was exhibited underneath a tattered funeral coat.

Maybe I should probe more at them?

"Have you enjoyed my craftsmanship with a camera?-" I got closer, fascinated to see how they would react, "I knew you would, after all, some of them did disappear, which I'm rather upset about. They were quite the favourites of mine," Peering up at their lethargic eyes displayed underneath shredded eyelashes, cigarette burns became visible along their jagged jawline.

How interesting. It seems their body holds a surplus amount of untold memories, all documented on their raw skin - Just what I've been looking for.

Ivan Holmes was always a peculiar fellow. Death fascinates him and well... corpses too. He meets an unconventional bloke after his Mother's funeral and they grab at Ivan's heartstrings.

No really, I'm not joking.
