The world is distraught with poverty and privilege in the wrong places; the organization known as "Council" takes over and Torr, Lord of the Heavens makes the rules.
Pluto begrudgingly overlooks the turmoil in his kingdom while working with his squad to overtake the Heavens while helping everyone in the Middle-Verse realm.
