"Mwuuuhahahahaa! This is the beginning of the end for you insignificant world!"

Kate and Theo both fell to the ground having been beaten to a pulp. "How did this happen?" You may be asking yourself. Let's rewind a bit.

A few days earlier…

*beep!**beep!* 

"Let's gooooooo!" Said Kate and Theo. 

When they arrived on the scene they found a guy manipulating people into fighting for him. Of course the duo Thorn and Hip easily captured him. However, something strange happened. 

"You will not be victorious for long, yes. Hehehe hehehe!" He said and then disappeared. 

The kids were both confused but before they said a word the sky turned green and red portals swirled into existence. Next thing they knew it appeared that people were falling out of the sky. The kids rushed over to the closest person who fell. When they got close they realized it wasn't a person at all. It was a turtle. A turtle attached to a toaster. They set him upright and, after making sure it was ok, pressed onto others. The next person they found was a younger person around their age. Moving on to the others they found a snail, a little elf similar to the one Kate has, and some other guy that wouldn't speak. The kids had no idea what was going on but they knew they had to stop whatever was happening.

"Let's call your dad. Maybe he'll know what to do." Theo said. 

So Kate proceeded to call Slinky and explained the situation. 

"Hm, I see. Teleport back to the cave. I'll meet you there and we can figure out a plan." Replied Slinky. 

The kids used the transporter device and met Slinky in Calibre Cave. Then, for the next few hours, they devised a plan to locate and find where the source of the rifts are coming from and who is causing them. 

*Ring! Ring!*

"Hello?" Said a voice over the phone.

Slinky answered "Hey Joe it's me Slinky. I need a favor from you."
