These past few months have been crazy. A lot has been happening, and I've been sick off an on. With my normal freelance work load, I haven't been able to get this update done until now.

She doesn't have enough shares, yes, however, being the founder of a company, you don't need shares to be on a board of directors. If she is gonna try to use her 0 share count to remove her, then that vote will get shot down. Now on the other hand, if it would have been a vote of no confidence, then at that point she could have had a case to the other directors.
