(12/12) CSS iChan INTERMISSION

It's the Holiday Season! Figured it's been quiet long enough to warrant an update.
iChan Chapter 4 will be coming at the end of January 2016. I figured with a presently full time job and holiday goings-on, that's a realistic expectation.
