Kestrel is biologically pretty sensitive, so things like bright light, extreme temperatures, and the like tend to hit her more easily and more severely than they would most people. She's resilient to the bone, though, so it doesn't bother her!
(Still, nobody wants to get sick if they can avoid it, and she'd definitely prefer to avoid it).
