“How is it that once again I’m treating your wounds.” Sighed Eui Hei-Ran as she dabbed the cotton ball with antiseptic on Nari’s swollen face.
Nari flushed with embarrassment as he failed to meet the school nurse's eyes. Tapping his sneakers against the stool he was sitting on, he watched as it left scuff marks.
“It was Ping and his beta gang, I didn’t have a choice.” Nari grumbled as he watched her pick up the mercurochrome.
Hei-Ran huffed annoyed as she dabbed the iodine on his lower split lip and gave him a frown.
“You always have a choice! You could have perfectly yelled for help, you know that the school’s security guard always lingers by the gate in the morning.”
Nari flinched before scoffing at her statement,”Seonbae, Ping is a minor Alpha remember? He literally has the ability to manipulate words. I don’t think I would have been on the winning side if I were to do that.”
Hei-Ran grumbled annoyed by his words, she screwed the cap back on the mercurochrome and stood. “He has the worst attitude so far that boy. Always having to show his dominance everywhere.”
Nari sighed again and watched as she walked over to the medical refrigerator. “That's exactly why I just fight those types it much easier than talking instead.”
Hei-Ran froze and her expression change that into a softer one. “That's not what I was referring to. I think it was wrong for you to fight, and that means any one in that manner.”
Nari accepted the ice pack she handed to him and placed it on his face with a pout.
“Well regardless Seonbae until these horny out of control Alphas calm there shit I’ll probably still throw my hands at them.”
She whacked his head gently and scowled, “What did I say about the cursing? Though you did give me a future idea of just neutralizing them with their group type sedatives, it's much more faster.”
Nari eyes sparkled for a second and she shook her head.
“That doesn’t mean you can sneak into my office and take some. I want the ones that you did take back though however.”
He slowly laughed at that and she glared at him, “Of course you used them why did I even ask? Good lord you adding on to my grey hair collection.”
Nari snickered as he watched her spin the chair around and face the computer. “The only thing I’ll cover for you is your first period, since its math and I can relate and respect the level of dislike there, but your going to the other classes.”
“Seonbae, let me off this one time? Huh? Pleaseee?” Nari begged wincing as he accidently pressed the ice pack to hard against his face.
“Hey, who was the one that almost gave you the entire week off last week? Absolutely not, hurry and finishing icing then go to class. I made extra beef stew yesterday and brought you some for lunch, you can come back then. Other than that don’t let me see your butt back here with more injures.”
Nari grinned widely at the sound of free food and nodded his head in agreement.
After another ten minutes or so and the bell rang, signaling the end of the first hour, Hei-Ran kicked him out of the nurses office, scowling him once again not to be late for his next class.
The smile he support while in there left his face as the door closed behind him. He then turned and walked down the bleach smelling hallways, dreading the fact that Ping would be in his next class. He looked up at the different class signs and his frown only grew deeper.
He hated them just as much as he hated himself. They were a dead give a way to the idea of what grouping you would come out in even if you were not given an early testing already.
His class was a group of mixed betas, some minor Alphas and True Alphas. True Alphas all couldn't fit in one classroom so they were mixed with either the minor Alphas or beta classes, that the school claimed and advertised it gave everyone an equal standing. They also rotated them in a schedule so that they weren't all in just one class.
You could only imagine how crazy it is when the school festival comes around, and Nari himself snorted at the thought.
Stopping at this classroom door he gave a small yawn and a stretch, before walking inside.

Jun Byeong-Ho was bored out of his mind.
Spinning his pencil in his hand he absentmindedly listened to the random gossip and chatter that echoed within their classroom.
“Did you hear about Minseo?”
“Oh that freak?”
“Yeah Ping and his gang got into another fight with him today.”
“Sweet I hope they showed him his place. I mean honestly I like the delinquent boy types, but Minseo is just not worth it, in my opinion, he’s way too disrespectful.”
“I agree he doesn't know his place. They say he’s jealous of the Alphas.”
“Most likely cause he knows he’s not going to be one.”
“I heard he sleeps with our school nurse!”
“Omg how pathetic…”
Jun decided then to cough loudly and threw a glare at the gossiping girls that were behind him. They flinched and Jun only looked away when they started talking about something else.
He hated bullies and those who used their ranking and grouping as a right to impose harassment on others.
Biting his lip, he traced his sharp fangs with his tongue, and frowned. He was one of the few that received the testing at an early age. While his ability was very typical for his grouping type, the results came out as him being a True Alpha regardless.
Not that Jun was surprised since his own parents were True Alphas, and it made more sense to him than anything that he also would be revealed as one. To him it really didn’t make a difference, though when his fangs grew in, it hurt like hell. Not to mention his trait of being able to smell better than the others had its upsides and downsides.
His parents gushed over him immensely and threw several unnecessary balls and banquets in his favor. His family was in the higher class of Korea, they were rich beyond the point to if something extremely bad were to happen to them they still have enough money to be considered rich. Jun’s father was an officer in the military, before he retired and opened an electronic business called, ElectroMagnum. His mother on the other hand opened a clothing store that turned out to be so very popular and famous, that most people needed an appointment just to be allowed inside, she called it Rosalita.
Their net worth was off the charts and Jun grew up in a family in which the media, portrayed as them as world heroes. The government even signed a contract with his father, not the he knew what is was for, just by the fact that he was forced to attend the signing ceremony by his mother.
As a result it took a long ass time for him to assert a type of assertiveness on the female population as his school. By doing so he was thankfully able to relax now without getting attacked by Beta and Alpha females, twenty-four/seven.
Sighing he ran a hand through his dyed blond hair and started tracing the outlines on the desk. His ability was that of speed, and his friends when he was younger used to call him “wannabe Flash,” because of it. He was rather pleased though and nor was he disappointed when he beat all of them in races.
Jun pressed his palms to his eyes, shaking his head to relax his thoughts that were racing in his mind. Sighing he glanced at his best friend Leo Yang, the red headed minor Alpha was drooling all over his desk as a math book laid open over his head. A rather failed attempt to hide the fact he was sleeping all of first hour.
Smirking he reached a hand to wake him when a slam of the classroom door, did the honors instead. With a yelp Leo bolted straight up from his seat before tripping and falling onto Jun's desk, in which he purposely shoved him right off.
As Leo swore profanities at him, Jun simply put a hand up as he felt Leo playfully hit him.
“Bro the hell was that for?!” Leo whined as he flopped back down his seat, looking dejected and not at the figure who was walking inside.
“Because your dumb ass fell asleep during Mr.Choi’s class.” Jun drawled while trying to get a better glimpse at whoever just entered the room.
Leo’s face paled white in several seconds, “Oh shit I’m in for it now, my mother and your mother are going to beat the living out of me.”
Jun smirked at him before taking a hand and shoving his friends head down, ignoring his protests. “Chill for a second your big head is in the way.”
As soon as Jun glanced back up to survey around the room, his eyes meet those he didn’t expect to meet anytime soon.
It was Nari Minseo.
