(update: Still waiting for my new stylus via snail mail, but I DID find a way "draw" with the eraser on my old pen. So I can sketch again!! yeehaw!)
Before I talk about circles for way too long I need to preface this with some (slightly deeper) lore facts!
-Most witches, individuals with high magic capacity, have names based on flora. (ex: Suria's name is derived from saussurea obvallata.)
-In this story, magic users draw circles to focus their inherent magic or affix it to specific things for all kinds of uses.
-If the witch has more experience, the circle can just appear without having to draw it.
-Some circles are for general utility (heat, freeze, etc.) which can be used by any magic user, and then there's signature circles.
-Every witch makes their own personalized circle that gives them the strongest connection to their inherent magic ability. the circle doesn't have to be flora based, but does have to be something the user feels represents them.
whew, I think that's enough for one update. Hopefully by next week I'll have a working stylus again!
Follow a couple of witches around for a day of curious adventure as they try to find a way to cool off at the peak of summer and like fight for their lives or whatever.
