Once my uniform is on I quickly swipe everything off my desk and into my blue and brown messenger bag. I take a deep breath in and get ready to open my door and RUN. I slowly open the door and peek through the crack. Once I see the cost is clear I dash through the second floor, down the stairs and out the house. I am now standing on the old and withered green front porch. I gently take my bag off my shoulder and squat down to open it. Out of my bag I pull out a black mask with my earbuds. I take one final deep breath followed by a long stride and begin my new journey. I put the mask on because it is soft and warm, unlike what I feel. I think of it as a comfort item.

Hayden slowly trotted his way to school with the mask on. Gently taking deep breaths in and out. When suddenly he herd footsteps quickly following behind him. He quickened his pace and began a light jog then into a full sprint. He dashed really fast
since he was given practice when he had to outrun the cops or any other threat when doing his totally legal job. He felt something very malevolent about this person. He thought to himself If I can pull my knife and strike as I turn I will be okay. And that's what he did only when he turned there was nothing but a tiny dog sitting before him. Slowly he approached looking side to side with a look of confusion.
*Hayden's point of view*
Dude what the actual fu*k just happened? he thought to him self.
