Hi I love Miz Wan deeply and I definitely didn't base her design on my own mother... surely not...
Fun fact! I didn't do any drafts or designs for Miz Wan before sketching this page, so this is fully her first appearance ever! I love her hair, though it's a bit time-consuming to color.
