As Arya waited in the lunch line, she took a better look at the medication bottle she picked up earlier. It was like a pill bottle. It was small, orange and had a white lid. Arya searched for name. "Michelle Fields? Who's Michelle?" Arya looked around, searching for a Michelle. "Arya?" Ruth asked "huh? Oh, what do you want?" Arya replied "it would be nice if you could move up." Ruth said as she pushed Arya into another girl in front her, causing Arya to drop the pill bottle. "Wow, you're weaker than I thought you were." Ruth giggled. Arya had enough and pushed Ruth into a girl behind her. "What did you just do?" Ruth screamed, causing everyone in the cafeteria to look at the two girls. "Oh, no. You did not just push me!" Ruth yelled as she pushed Arya harder into the girl behind her. Arya fell on top of her "I am so sorry." Arya whispered to the girl she landed on. She got up and pushed Ruth into the girl behind her, again. "You started this war with me. Don't expect yourself to win!" Arya said as Ruth threw her into the cafeteria wall, causing a loud BOOM. Arya leaped away from the wall and pushed Ruth onto the ground. "I have a question" the girl Arya landed on earlier spoke up. Arya and Ruth turned towards her, confused. "Why did someone have my medication bottle?" She asked. "It was Arya!" Ruth blurted out. Arya gave Ruth a dirty look before turning back to the girl. "Why did you have my medication bottle?" The girl asked, calmly. "Oh, I was gonna return it back to you..." Arya mumbled. "Like I'd believe something that that." The girl rolled her eyes "do you not have your medication bottle?" Arya took a deep breath and spoke. "No. I don't. Because schools don't just randomly hand out medication to their students."

As Arya sat next to Cynthia and Sadie, she groaned in boredom. "Whoa! You have Strawberry Shortcake?" Sadie asked her. "Yeah. I do. What's so special about that?" Arya asked "I heard that Spring Gardens' Strawberry Shortcake was the best Strawberry Shortcake ever!" Sadie explained "wait, really?" Cynthia chimed in, causing Arya to be confused. "Yeah!" Sadie exclaimed. Arya shoved the Strawberry Shortcake into her mouth, just for her to spit it out. "Whoa. I turned away for one second and I think Arya almost choked." Cynthia turned her head towards Arya "I almost choked, but I don't think it was because of the Strawberry Shortcake..." Arya mumbled. She took a deeper look and saw a pill in it. "Whoa dude! You got a pill in your Shortcake!" Cynthia exclaimed. "What's so great about that?" Arya asked "the pills make it taste like heaven!" Cynthia explained "wait... heaven..?" Arya asked "it taste disgusting to me..." she mumbled. Arya picked out the pill and ate the Shortcake. Something about it seemed... off. The Strawberry Shortcake had a pill in it and Cynthia said that the pill is what made the Strawberry Shortcake taste like heaven. Wouldn't that mean that they hide the student's pills in the Strawberry Shortcake?
