I have an ugly blue sweater called "my dysphoria hoodie" that I wear on days where I don't have to get dressed.

this is very relatable for me, i find that i generally can’t leave my house without a hoodie because it helps with my dysphoria. & then some days i can’t find any clothes that help me deal with my dysphoria so i just stay home
