"You!" Mira answered simply.

All around Shane grew an air of death, "There is no way I'm fixing what you broke."

"You would if you want us to get back to earth- or even keep living."

"No." Shane turned on his heel and started to walk away briskly.

"Ah, Shane!" Mira ran after him, "Pleaaaaase?~"

"No."

"Pretty please?"

"No."

"Shane!"

"No."

"I'll tell people you can fix it."

"Nothing you say or do will make me fix it." Shane answered, still walking. "Now, drop it, Mira."

"I'll give you a cookie."

Shane stopped midstep.

"Later~!" Mira sang and turned to walk back to his room.

Shane groaned, following after him. "Better be a hella big one."

"WOOOOO!!!" Mira sang, running up to hug Shane.

Unfortunately, Shane had been glomp-tackled enough times by Mira that he'd learned to stop the other with a simple palm at arm's length away.
