“HIIIIIIIIIIIITTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!” came a loud man’s voice echoing around the house.
“…uh? Who was that?” Aki asked slowly, looking around.
Pheonix opened the bedroom door, making Aki jump back a bit. “Yorisou, I think your stupid donor wants to talk to ya.”
Hito nodded and shifted out of the bed. He brushed off a bit before walking out of the room. Aki moved to follow but Pheonix caught his shoulder.
“I heard what you were saying.” Pheonix said as Aki turned to him. “I don’t care about Yorisou’s orientation in the least. He’s my friend and that’s all he’ll ever be to me. But there is one thing.”
“….Yeah?”
Pheonix’s red eyes turned into a hard glare on the poor trapped brunette. “If you ever make him cry, I swear I’ll plant a bomb around your neck and watch it suffocate you till it explodes and then I’ll let the blood run down into the sewer.”
Aki watched in silence as Pheonix then pushed past him and down the hall. He let out a gasp after he was gone, “Oh shit… Now I’ve got a mafia guy out to kill me if I hurt Hito…” He groaned, scratching his hair. “I’m so freaking dead!”
“NO!” came Hito’s voice in the house.
The shout caused Aki to run downstairs, Pheonix to jump over the stairs and the group of boys at the door to dash their way-- everyone in a mad dash down the hall to the large white dinning room.
They hurried across the room to where Hito was standing, facing his father, who was sitting in a seat calmly. Hito’s father looked nothing like him; dark hair and eyes, dark tanned skin, a long black beard and moustache.
His father shook his head, “Hito…” He stood up and walked over to the blond. “Why do you protest? You’ll finally be normal with this operation. You won’t have to bare the sadness and neglect anymore. You can join the family and become successful.”
“Just… shut up.” Hito said, slowly looking up to his much-taller father.
The group watched in awe, surprised to hear Hito’s soft voice so angry.
Hito was glaring hate at his father. “You want me to have an experimental eye surgery to change my eye color to brown or blue… That’s insane! Why would I ever do that!”
“Because, with those silver eyes of yours you are destined to fall into loneliness and sadness.” His father answered easily. “You’ll always be alone.” He paused, tilting his head and then whispered, “Should I lock you away downstairs again? Into that iron and cement cage where not even the rats go.”
“…Do whatever you want to me.” Hito said, his whole body shaking. “I refuse to take a surgery where the result of my sight is lost forever!” He shouted. “If I’m going to be given a chance to be normal, then I’d like to be able to see this normal world you speak so highly of!”
His father tilted his head and then nodded, “Very well. Then we shall lock you into that cage until you’re mature enough to go ahead with the surgery.”
“You can’t do that!” shouted Noah.
