This is because they were originally drawn at about 4 times the size I'm allowed to output them on Tapas. for the last page in this part I tried using a brush with anti-aliasing and it seems to have worked better for the most part. At any rate, future episodes won;t look nearly as bad as these do from here out. Will potentially look at revisiting these pages in the distant future. Thank you again!
