I am so excited to finally share this comic online! I am extremely grateful to everyone who bought and read it in the past 2 years, but as I don't plan to reprint it (for now) I thought it was the perfect time to share it in webcomic form.
In Bloom is my first complete comic and it was a labor of sweat and love. The first part was done over about 3 months (from script to print) in fall 2017 and the second part was done in a month in June 2018, totalling at 108 pages!
I wanted to tell a story that is both very soft but not unrealistic. In Bloom is about relationships, it's about falling in love, but it's also about homophobia, about coming out, about self-acceptance and growing up. But it is mostly about queer people who are happy and in love, because sometimes we just need some fluff, right?
