Mission Objective: Get tested for Xeer

Naganata walked with Jia-Jing into the Calistar building and looked around. Red chairs were lined up in front of a long white counter, a receptionist sat behind the counter which apparently was also a desk, typing away at the computer. She looked up and waved the both over, several holographic screens floated around her head as she typed quickly at the keyboard. She looked at Naganata, a small device attached to her head just under her left eye popped up and a screen appeared projected from it, a series of numbers, dates and names appeared in front of her, pushing the other screens to the side.

She studied this for a while before looking at Naganata again, her red hair in her face tied up in a bun, she was dressed in a chocolate brown blouse and a black skirt, her red heels clicked under the desk.

Naganata smiled and nodded, "Hi there! I'm Yukei Naganata this is Xian Jia-Jing, we are here for the Xeer testing!"

The secretary smiled and nodded at him, she typed at the floating screens again, her keyboard a floating holographic looking screen itself. She typed in a few more things and then pointed at the red chairs.

They sat down and looked at her for further instructions, she spoke after a moment. "Place your arms on the counter please"

The two did so and metal bands rose out of the counter to wrap around their wrists, a blue light scanned them both before alcohal was sprayed on their wrists and a small claw hand wiped it in with a wet wipe.

"You will feel a small prick"

The machine pricked them both on the surface of their skin on their wrists and then it began to scan them again, the light orange this time. The light then turned purple and the woman's eyes went wide. She reached up to tap the device in her head and it popped up several more screens which she scanned quickly with her honey brown eyes. "I am in shock, seems like you both have the Xeer, your parents must be very wealthy people, only the richest of humans can afford the Xeer and only the richest of vampires for that matter, it says here you were both born with the Xeer, as such we here at Calistar have a special chance for you two. Come work for us as Phantoms, special operatives who do the government work that the regular cops can't or won't touch. Sound good?"

Both boys thought it over for a long time, one weighing certain things in his mind and the other weighing other things, finally they said in unison,

"Yes."
