Description
A high school student Yukei Naganata is part of a technologically advanced world. Select people in his world have a device embedded into their wrists from birth. The device lets people jump inside other people's minds for a limited number of hours max at a time, depending on the level of a person's mental state. Once inside a mind it is known as The Xee, but other people's minds are sometimes a dangerous playground of insanity.
The ones able to do so are called Phantoms, the ones with the additional enhancements in their eyes and brains which allow them to stay inside as long as they want are called Specters.
He and his best friend turned rival, Chinese transfer student Xian Jia-jing, end up finding out they both have the ability to upgrade the wrist implant called The Xeer, they become something greater than merely Phantoms and use this to battle psychic criminals.
