This is interesting! It would make sense for them to be afraid, and I wonder if the cultural whiplash that hit expecially the military leaves them in a situation in which they have some occupation. After all, interrupting the war must have been a very big economic loss for the FN, and one to which they may have not had the means to face. And poor Zuko has to run all that? No envy to him
