It's not THAT bad is it?
We don't have the $$$ to get regularly done by a professional, but we've actually gotten much better at grooming her!! It looked pretty bad in the beginning though.

She'll be fine. Get those random patches off, give her a bath afterward, blow dry her a little, and she won't even care what she looks like because she feels quite alright.
