005 - Civilization and Courtesy Pt. 1

Hello, and we're back!!
In this update we're learning about how *the* Galactic in this run works along with introducing some new characters! Namely Professor Rowan himself, and this man called Silas Simorangkir, who's actually just my reinterpretation of Team Galactic Saturn XD In case your curious, Silas is based on Bataknese, a local ethnicity from my country, Indonesia.
This time I'm attempting to make a shorter but more frequent update with splitting two parts into five updates that I'm going to update biweekly (!!!). I wonder if you like this format of update better? Please let me know!
