Izuku Midoriya has just woke up. He had woken up in a white room, it was an interrogation room he was tied to a chair with a table in front of him, being bounded by the hands and legs, he also had a ball gag in his mouth to stop him from talking.

"Mmmm-nh" Midoriya tried to speak then realising there was a ball gag in his mouth, then looking around at his surroundings.

Midoriya started to thrash around in his chair hitting his knees on the metal table continuously, after awhile he stopped and started to cry he was struggling to breath that's when Aizawa, All might and Tsukauchi came in. Tsukauchi then rushing to Midoriya and removing the gag and sitting in the chair in front him across the table.

"T-thank y-you" Midoriya whispered choking back a sob.

"Izuku Midoriya, right ?" Tsukauchi questioned the boy, Midoriya just nodded.

"Villain name: Deku-"

"P-please d-don't call me t-that" Midoriya stuttered, "I-i hate that n-name"

"Ah okay Mr Midoriya" Tsukauchi said continuing on, "your kill count 85 and your quirk is unknown"

"I-i was quirkless but w-when they kidnapped me they gave me many quirks i-i'd rather not talk about i-it brings back bad memories" Midoriya said still stuttering.

"Your going to have to tell us sooner or later" All might said slamming his hand down on the metal table startling Midoriya.

"All might I think you should leave before things get out of hand" Tsukauchi said.

"He is a villain working for the league and your telling me to calm down he's killed 85 people in the 15 years of his life" All might said raising his voice.

"All might I agree with Tsukauchi you should leave, and don't blame the kid he's been kidnapped and used" Aizawa said.

"Aizawa-"

"Leave now" Aizawa said activating his quirk making his eyes go red and his hair flow upwards, All might then glared at Midoriya and left the room.

"Sorry about-"

"I-i'm s-sorry it was m-my fault you can punish me in anyway" Midoriya said leaving Aiawa and Tsukauchi stunned.

Aizawa walked up to the kid and stood there looking at him seeing the fear in his eyes, Aizawa then knelt down and took off his restraints and giving Midoriya a hug. He was shocked at first but then he hugged back clutching Aizawa's back and sobbing into his chest.

"Tsukachi i'll take him in and he'll be taking the rehab system at U.A" Aizawa said.

Time skip~

It had been 4 weeks since Midoriya's capture and he had been living with Aizawa and his husband Hizashi and there other adoptive son Shinsou. Today was his first day at U.A. He walked in front of the 1-A door with his brother and Dad.

"I'll tell you when to come in okay you two" Aizawa said.

The two boys nodded, and watched as there Dad walked through the doors,

"Izu you should really cut your hair" Shinsou said touching Midoriya's long dark green hair which had black highlights, Midoriya shook his head.

"I like it long I can look like Dad and I like having a one sided fringe" Midoriya said pouting making Shinsou chuckle a bit.

"You can come in now" Aizawa said.

Shinsou walked in with Midoriya behind him avoiding all eyes.

"You already know him Shinsou you met him at the sports festival he will be transferring to this class because I saw potential in him, anyway our new student Izuku Midoriya is currently in the U.A rehab system he is an ex-villain and will be joining our class today" Aizawa said.

"D-deku?"

Midoriya looked around to find the voice and saw him his childhood friend. Bakugo walked up to Midoriya and hugged him, which made Midoriya smile a little.

"You asshole how could you leave me like that" Bakgou said sounding more worried and sad than anger and loud.

"I'm home Kacchan" Midoriya whispered to him.
