I always say that cartoons take care of me when I need them the most.
when I was a child it was "Sakura card captors" that taught me that a girl could be clumsy and like the color pink and cute things, and still be strong.
When I was I teen, it was "Avatar: The Last Airbender" that give many life lessons that even today, often use to direct myself to better decisions.
And now that I'm a young adult, is "Steven Universe", this show has help me to better understand my feelings and feel okey with expressing them, even if some of this feelings are sad.
Spinel story make me realize...that even I'm kind of broken, that doesn't mean that I'm not good enough of that I'm too late to change...because someday, somewhere, somehow I can love again. <3
