Sympathy Pains

I've done a number on both my hands it seems. My left hand seems to actually be in worse condition, I was unable to pinch the cap of my paint tubes with enough force to get the my paints. DESPITE THE FACT I RARELY USE THAT HAND AND I'VE DONE 30-40 HOURS OF DRAWING WITH MY RIGHT OVER THE PAST WEEK.
But yeah, wrist braces when possible and exercises and stretching every hour to keep my joints from worsening.

i have had that happen several times but ice, braces, and/or exercises/stretches make the pain worse and last for a week instead of a day like it usually does =3=
