I posted this on my profile wall, but I am also posting this here because I know most users don't see those:
Hello! It has been a very long time!
I owe you all a huge apology for failing to complete the THREE projects I started last year. You were kind enough to subscribe to those projects, and I failed to deliver the stories. There is no excusing that. I am terribly sorry I never completed them.
That said, I have some good news and bad news (depending on how you feel about it). I have been working on two novellas based on Whumptober prompts, and I’m super stoked to share them with you! When I finally remembered to look up the list of prompts, I wrote the outline in two days, which I’ve never done before! My hopes with the completion of this project is that I can prove to you—as well as myself that I am capable of completing a story.
I am also working on two other projects. One I will be posting in November, and the other I will be writing during NaNoWriMo and eventually sending off to publishers and/or literary agents.
None of these projects are the ones I started last year, unfortunately, but I promise that I absolutely want to get back to those when I have these three projects finished. You’ll get to see the story of the Seven Champions, the rewrite of Rise, and The Recyclers (which I am strongly considering rewriting as well), but it will only be after I have completed them and edited them to my liking.
Again, I am sorry. I am taking steps to work through my mental health issues (I know, I know, I said no excuses), and only time will tell if that's helping. If you would stick with me a little while longer, it would mean the world to me, and if not, I understand and thank you anyway!
Sorry for all the text!
