With the destruction seen in the distance, the Z-Fighters are now alert of what could be happening.

“You think that could be them?” Yamcha questions.

“Well there’s only one way to find out” Krillin responds, “let’s go.”

“Wait.”

Krillin stops mid-flight to find Vegeta standing below him with his face full of caution.

“It could be a trap. We need to think about this first.”

Suddenly, Videl arrives with Pan much to everyone’s surprise. They gather around her as she holds Pan tight in her arms.

“Is everything alright?” 18 says.

“They have Gohan.”

Everyone gasps. How could one of their best fighters get bested they all thought. Goku steps forward.

“Who got him?”

“They call themselves the Armored Squadron. There’s four of them and they tag-teamed Gohan. He was able to hold his own but one of them knocked him unconscious even at his full potential.”

Everyone is surprised to hear her story. Goku smirks before turning to face the chaos that lies ahead of them. Vegeta stands right next to him.

“Four of them huh…I can sense their energy from here.”

“Yeah…if they were a tough time for my son, they sure pack a wallop. I’m ready.”

“You might need some backup in case things get hectic.”

Goku and Vegeta turn to see Piccolo and Broly walk up to them. They’re both determined to join in on the fight.

“While the others prepare for the larger fight ahead, we can get back Gohan. As much as you two alone can handle it, we’re coming too to even the odds.”

Goku looks at Broly who has determination written all over his face and Goku gets excited. He’s ready.

“You’re not coming Frieza?”

The four turn to find Frieza staring out into the distance at the destruction within the city. He still feels defeated and not ready for another fight.

“You monkeys can do this on your own” he responds.

Vegeta pouts as Goku places two fingers on his forehead.

“Everyone ready?”

Vegeta, Piccolo, Broly all touch Goku around his shoulders as they mentally prepare themselves for the fight ahead. Goku digs deep and feels Gohan’s faint energy ahead.

“Got him.”

They instant transmission out.
