I was working with my dad, and I really impressed this lady. She walks up to my dad and tells him that he makes sure I find the right guy. At that moment, I felt really uncomfortable because for starters I'm gay, so I'll never find "the right guy". Second, I can't tell my dad because I don't think he'll take the news well. So I can offer a bit of my empathy because I know how it feels being unable to tell some loved ones about your true identity. Unfortunately, I can't give you my full-on empathy, because I'm pretty sure your gender gets assumed way more than my sexuality does, and that's just terrible.
An web comic about Finley's exploration of gender and their identity in their efforts to finally be themself. Updates every Sunday. Also available on Tumblr, Webtoon, and Instagram.
