The worldbuilding and artwork of Oasis so far is stunning! I can tell from the dialogue and character designs how rich this story is. Can I ask what cultural references/time period you're using? I'm getting an American frontier vibe with the clergy/tribal relations, but I'm not very sure with the german-sounding tribe name("baer" = bear?) and how European plains are usually referred to as steppes!
