Julia had one of her men load me into a clear box. Once inside I could feel a 

coldness that enveloped my body. They didn’t waste any time, I guess afraid 

their drugs would were off. As the last of my body was consumed it felt like

 something terrible was coming. After Lain was completely frozen the men of

 Julia’s seemed to feel more at ease. Julia walked into a room looking in a 

paper book.

 “It is almost time for things to changes. I’m sorry that you have to be stuck

 in there but this is the only way I can help you Lain. I swore to your 

mother.”

 In the book was a photograph. There stood Julia with a woman and man, in 

the other woman’s arms was a baby. She closed the book just placing it up on

 a shelf. In the mean time Thaddeus had trouble of his own. His bike stopped

 working leaving him over a hundred miles from the kids. He was doing 

everything he could to work out the trouble.

In the city of Bonhour the children were feeling the effect of the euphoric

 pheromones. Kibo sat up in the bed giggling. She leaned over and poked 

Bren in the face. Slowly he opened his eyes just looking around the room. The

 pheromones hadn’t totally gotten to him yet. Quickly realizing what was 

happening he tried to get to his trans-dimensional object. Soon as he went to

 move Kibo tackled him onto the bed cuddling.

 “Hey! Knock it off Kibo!” 

She looked to him just smiling. Quickly he lifted her up with himself but fell

 to the ground. His vision was getting blurry as his body felt very hot. Kibo

 moved beside him just watching with a smile to her lips. She watched as his 

body shifted into a six foot tall beast. Bren was a hybrid of a Golden Jackal

 were and a Tiger one. He had a slender form like the jackal. His fur color was

 a golden brown with hints of the tiger orange and white on his chest. Bren’s 

entire body had the tiger strips. His face was elongated with the tiger puff 

around the cheeks. In this form he managed to keep his ruby red eyes. Kibo 

moves slowly looking to his face. Bren had opened his mouth to reveal his 

huge tiger fangs. He had the Jackals teeth traits other wise.

She moved closer poking his black nose that was slit like a tigers but retained

 the jackal color. 

“Stop it Kibo...I might hurt you.” 

His words didn’t phase her any as leaning down kissing his nose.

 “Why did you shift forms? I thought this pheromone only made people

 drunk on happiness? Plus you are a hybrid?” 

Bren sits down letting out a small growl.

 “Yes I am a hybrid. I don’t know...I thought I was about to act crazy just like

 you. We can’t leave here till they come for us. I guess I should be happy 

this place doesn’t give a shit about what form a person takes.”

 Kibo laughs rolling on the floor, her tail swishing back in forth. Bren could

 tell this was going to be very annoying dealing with Kibo. 

“God why do you have to be effected so much?” 

She leans up then pounces on his head biting his ear some. She noticed they

 were long like a jackals but had the width of the tigers. He shook his head

 making her fall down at his feet. Letting out a sigh he bites the back of her

 shirt just carrying her.

 “Let’s get some food for now. I don’t want to be out in this city more then

 we have to be.” 

Kibo laughs as reaching her hand up poking his face.

 “It is fun I think.” 

Yeah loads of fun he thought.

Hundreds of miles away Thaddeus was getting frustrated with his bike. No

 matter what he did it seemed to keep malfunctioning. Finally reaching his

 limit he kicked the machine, oddly it started to work. 

“Really I did everything but a fucking kick makes you work. What ever....I 

just hope the kids didn’t wonder into the sex area of Bonhour.” 

Back in the city the kids went to a restaurant that wasn’t far from their hotel.

 Kibo was looking out the window to a man running around naked. She starts

 to laugh as Bren looked over just shaking his head. 

“I swear this place is just plain weird. Someone could probably get skinned

 alive while enjoying it here.” 

Kibo looked over to him with a slightly curious face. Bren keeps eating his

 food ignoring her curious expression. After their meal they started to walk

 back as the naked man flashed before them. Bren kept his urge in check to

 smack the man around like a naked pinata. He still didn’t understand why the

 pheromones reacted to differently to him. The man stopped and stared at 

them for a moment the took off running while singing to himself.

 “Um...Bren are all adults in this city like him?” 

Even in this state Bren could see that had weird-ed her out.

Bren let out a sigh as they just walked back to their hotel room. The thought

 of staying in this crazy place for too long was not a fun idea. Kibo stopped

 looking around a corner. She could see several people. 

“Hey Bren look over there. Those people are all mating down this alley.”

 Bren looked over her head. 

“Stay out of this area! People here when their sex drives raise they don’t

 care if you are even a child. Come on now.”

 Kibo looked to the people once more taking some of Bren’s fur into her hand.

 “I miss Lain...” 

She spoke in a soft whisper. Bren gave her a nudge as they went into their

 hotel. He made Kibo go to sleep as looking out the window. There was 

several people from that alley who came out in the open. No one seemed to 

even care they were having sex in the road.

 “This city is just a place to escape reality....they seem to want to forget

 everything from the outside.”

 He shakes his head just laying on the floor next to the bed.

Thaddeus Could finally see the lights of Bonhour in the distance. He let out a

 sigh of relief. He had set the bike for auto drive since his body felt weak.

“Lain I swear I’ll make sure the kids are safe. We will find you!”

 He leaned his head against the bike just thinking about everything that 

happened the past few days. How could Lain give him such a gentle look 

knowing how he betrayed them? Thaddeus wouldn’t make her regret 

choosing to trust him even after knowing the truth. Early in the morning the 

bike stopped as Thaddeus reached Bonhour. Thankfully he never once 

removed his mask. 

He gets off his bike putting it up as starting to walk to the nearest hotel. Kibo

 was leaning out the window as Bren was trying to pull her back. She looked 

down then saw Thaddeus and started to yell. 

“MISTER FLAME THROWER!!!!!!! I SEE YOU!!!”

 Bren almost dropped her seeing him staring up at them. Quickly he pulled 

Kibo back into the room. Thaddeus didn’t waste anytime coming up to the

 room, he literally used his fire to come in the window.

 “Don’t tell me the fur ball is you Bren?”

 He could hear a small growl.

 “Woah calm down...Lain sent me to make sure you were safe.”

 Thaddeus then explains everything else that took place as well then waits to

 be attacked. Kibo jumps into his lap smiling. 

“You are not bad just made bad decisions.”

Bren couldn’t attack even though he really wanted too. Lain would kick his

 little furry ass if anything bad happened. Sitting down he let out a sigh of

 defeat.

 “So what is the plan now. Kibo is acting like a hyper crazy happy kid, you

 have a mask on, and I am stuck like this right now. We don’t exactly 

scream rescue party here.” 

Thaddeus couldn’t help but to laugh at Bren.

 “Yeah your right. First thing is getting out of this city. Considering how

 Kibo is acting we need to get the anti-toxins to make sure she will not get 

sick once we leave. I am not too sure with you.” 

Kibo jumped up looking to Thaddeus’s mask with an evil smile. She quickly 

un-latched it running out of the room laughing. Thaddeus held his breathe 

watching as Bren chased after the small girl. After a few moments Thaddeus 

couldn’t hold his breathe any longer. He gasped for air as looking around 

trying to figure out anything that could block the pheromones to no luck.

Kibo had run very far away by the time Bren caught up with her.

 “What the hell Kibo!”

 She giggled tossing the mask into the air. 

“Now we can all play together.” 

Great he thought she lost her fucking mind now. Quickly he grabs her and

 the mask running back to the room. Thaddeus was sitting there just laughing

 looking at his hands.

 “Did you know that my hands have seen so much blood...yet when I am 

trying to do good; I royally screw everything up.” 

He looked up with tears in his eyes even though he was laughing.
