Hmm, interesting. She sees the cause of all the conflict be the fact that different people are... well, obviously different. They are different species with different characteristics.
So her solution? Become like ancients, who were peaceful (AAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAAHAA.... I needed a laugh. But now I also feel sad,) because they lacked (obvious) differences.
Or, to paraphase Syndrome: "When everyone is special... nobody is".
