"Here you go. Have a nice day, Miss. Yoan." Danny said to the frail and pail old lady in font of him as he bagged her items.
"Are you Ok my dear? You seem more detracted than normal." She said in a weary voice.
"Oh yes, I'm fine. I'm just a little spacey today." He said rubbing the back of his neck.
"Could it be from that fall you had earlier today?" The woman had a quick after thought that she added on with a innocent smile. "Or could it have been that nice young gentile man that caught you."
"Oh no, I'm fine really the fall wasn't that bad and..." he blanked at the woman as he stoped himself. "Wait, how do you know that?" He was confused on how she could have known when he didn't see anyone out there that morning.
"Oh honey, you catch quick glimmer of something it becames the talk of town." Miss. Yoan said sweetly while waving her hand at him, signaling that that's nothing.
The boy had light crimson covering his face along with the shock that some people can't keep to themselves. He let out a sigh while shaking his head.
"No, he's just a friend" he said as he gave her a soft smile but, his eyes had a distant hopefull sadness in them.'That asked you to dinner' he thought with a smile.
"Whatever you say dear." Miss. Yoan said while waving as she walked to, and out the door.
He gave a sigh of relief when she left. He took a quick look around, to see if anyone was there. Seeing as there where no people around he thought that there wouldn't be any harm in closing early, right?
He walked to the door and flipped the open/close sign to close. He then locked the door and then went on up stares, to his apartment above the store, to get ready for the evening.
He passed through his live room, which had one large couch and little chair and small tv, to his bed room. He made his way through his slightly messy room to his closet. He dug through his closet passing shirt after shirt, often throwing out ones he thought was descent out and on to the bed. He looked at his multiple options of different colored and kinds of shirt that rested on his bed. He had a few long selves that consisted of dark crimson, deep blue, midnight black and one turtle neck that was also a crimson blood color. The rest being short selves the were deep blue, midnight black and a lighter shade of red. He didn't pick any of his print shirts because he had no idea what kind of place they were going too.
'Well guess I could go with a short selves shirt and wear a coat.' He thought. That seemed like a good idea, so that's what decided to do. He went to his dresser, that was next to his closet, and opened the bottom drawer furthest away from the closet, and grabbed a pare of jeans. Then opened the drawer above that and grabbed a pare of socks. He put those on, just dropping his clothes from the day down on floor, then turned back to the bed and grabbed the deep blue shirt and slid it on. He walked in to the living room and grabbed his denim coat and hoodie coat off the back of his couch. He looked back and forth between the two and then decided on the hoodie coat, hoping it wouldn't be to cold out. He went a head and put the denim one up on the small coat rack. He then went on out the door and back into the store area.
He took a deep breath and said to himself "It's just two guys hanging out. That's all... Yeah it's not like it's a date. So relax." He felt so excited and scared at the same time. With one last breath he opened the door and stepped out the door and locked it back behind them.
