Side Story: Bounty
In the outer wall of Omega a certain man grabbed many people's attention. His face was tightly covered with a black leather rag and he had no shoes. He was in search of someone and yet he couldn't find him.
"Tic"
He's found a poster which was the closest thing that he could find to what he was looking for... General J. Bottle.
The poster had a picture of Bottle and written right beneath was his advertisement, "Come to XXX and have the legendary General J. Bottle WORK FOR YOU!"
It was a very childish poster, the picture of General Bottle was glued on and the letters were hand written. He was only able to find it because he stepped on it.
He once told Bottle that he wouldn't kill him due to Bottle being broken, however that all changed once the amount changed. His philosophy could be entirely overwritten by the amount of money.
He wasn't necessarily driven by money, for he never spent a dime on luxuries or fancy food and what not. You could say that he felt something whenever he received money, it was almost like a habitual behavior.
In fact, most of the times he receives money he would destroy it soon afterwards. Whether it be by fire or throwing it into toxic sewage. He felt like he remembered something whenever he received money however that memory was long gone.
He hoped he could remember as long as he could get a large sum of money, however to this day he could not.
He went to the address on the poster. He found himself in front of a small 2 story apartment. It seemed no one lived in the 1st floor, and so he went straight to the 2nd floor.
There was a small mail box next to the door it was rusted and the color long faded. On it was the person he was seeking for General J. Bottle.
Like a gentlemen he knocked on the door, hearing no response he then proceeded to kick the door down.
[BASH!]
Once he looked inside, it certainly did look like the home of the man he seeked, however it was empty. As he looked around he too can feel the memories of the war as he glanced at the ornaments that was littered throughout.
He although he would remember tragic events he felt nothing. He's temporal lobe that dealt with emotions have been heavily modified to suit the wartime conditions.
He proceeded to scavenge the place to find any useful information. He started from the main wooden desk and open the drawers. All the drawers contained junk, however the last drawer contained something a bit more special than the rest.
It was a picture of Bottle when he was around 5-7. It had Bottle, someone who resembled his father, and a girl around the same age as Bottle. The background seemed to be some sort of grassy countryside.
He flipped it to the back and with black ink that has been long eroded it said, XXXX XX, 2962. This would make it around the same year as the 7th world war.
He stared at the picture with a narrow gaze, not because he was curious about the picture but rather he was trying to remember what it was like for him before the war.
He couldn't remember.
Folding the paper he put it back in place and sat down on Bottle's chair. He thought to himself that surely Bottle would come back to his home. He put his feet up on the desk and relaxed himself.
(I'll wait here and once he comes back I'll get my money.)
Day 1
(Tic, it sure is taking a long time)
Day 2
[Tap Tap Tap Tap]
He repeatedly tapped his feet to the ground
Day 3
[CRASH!]
He threw the chair out the window, and then left the apartment.
"Tic."
