Kat is being unfare. I dislike this indecisive type most. You can't make up your mind and choose one, so you're turning into a half-assed two timer. All those subtle glances, touches, even his trail of thoughts (yaay, we can read those in manga, too) - all of those speak volumes of how much he's aware of what he's doing and how unfare it is to his current boyfriend, who doesn't deserve it, even if they're going through a relationship crisis.
