it kind of felt like a break up, but one i knew that it made me better. when i went into the clinic about two years ago (i went to a school counsellor for a year before going to the clinic), i was a mess. now, through learning stratergies and discussing my thoughts, it made me a better person and a better me. if you have a problem and the oppurtunity to go to therapy, do it. it's definitely worth it. :-)
