Let me guess, he is Big Bad's personal old butler. And maybe, he served to Big Bad's father too. My theory is that when Big Bad's father was younger, he served in the army with this guy, during some war. Big Bad's father was a high-ranking commanding officer and this guy was his manservant/assistant. During the war, this guy saved Big Bad's father's life, and after the war, he become the personal butler of Big Bad's father.And now he serves to the son of his previous master/commanding officer/best friend. Or not. I don't know.
