Hanako wondered why Mariko was calling her at such time, it was midnight. Was Mariko even out of prison?

Mariko explained in a message why she was in prison.

But, Hanako could tell it was a lie.

Not to be rude, but Mariko had no friends. And if so, when did she get them? At this point, Hanako hated Mariko.

When did she ever " Love " Hanako? She must have been high or something. No way she was just trying to be kind after their break up.

Hanako eventually stopped looking at her phone to talk to her father.

" Hello father.. " Hanako approached him.

" Hi Hannn! " The man said.

" So, I see you stepped into my life when mom died, for her inheritence? " Hanako said.

" That's fucking shitty... " The man spat in her face.

And that's how Hanako moved with her father.
