It was late at night, I was finishing up some plans for the house that was soon to inhabit my family. The blueprints were laid out on my desk. Everything seemed fine the plans were ready to be put in action. I felt breathing on my shoulder, looking over I saw Vera eavesdropping over my plans.

“What are you doing?” I asked

Vera jumped back “I was just noticing that you are going to build a house with three bedrooms, who will have the other two?”

“None of your business, why are you in here,” I sternly asked.

“Just my nightly strolls,” she dreamily said

“My room is not to be entered in unless told to!” I was very angry “leave now.”

“You have very many muscles”

“Now!”

She sulked out of the room clearly failing what she wanted to do. Moments later I heard a knock at the door.

“Come in!” I shouted

The door creaked open and in came Venella.

“Am I bothering you?” Venella asked

“No not at all, what is it you need,” I answer

“So there is a new king that is praying to me for advice, he doesn’t know who to trust.”

“Tell him that he has a choice to trust all and kill those who betray him, or let him take your gift of seeing colours around people, one shows that he can trust them and one shows he can’t,” I answer, “Just push towards number two, that gift would be passed to his son and they would rule the world with their legacy and descendants.”

“Thankyou, what are you working on,” Venella asked.

“Just family house plans,” I answer.

“May I make a suggestion,”

“Sure,”

“Make a room for your girls to play in and for family game nights, and whatever you do, have your girls in mind and make them happy.”

“Thanks, anything else,”

“Have you ever considered finding them a mother,”

“I waiting for the right person,”

“Sometimes it takes awhile before you see their real character, the kindness and love they can show.” Venella commented before making her way towards the door.

“Wait,” I paused her, “have you ever considered being a mother?”

“I was a mother before I died, “she paused.

“Would you like to be a mother again? I can ask the girls,”

“That would be wonderful!” she ran up to me and gave me a kiss on the cheek before hugging me tight. I sighed hugging her back I said one more thing.

“Don’t tell anyone yet,”
