Feels good to be back! Break was nice, but I really missed working on this. This next part is gonna be really fun, so I hope you guys enjoy!
Bit of a world building note: Certain areas in Unova have limited access to the public for preservation reasons. Sometimes it could be because of a historical site being there or for reasons related to like, wildlife preservation and such. (It's a bit like the national parks system, kinda)
If people want to explore the areas with more freedom they either need to apply for a research pass or pass the exam to get a trainer's license. This is part of why many people in Unova are licensed trainers despite having no interest in battling.
