I'm pretty sure this was made clear just through the dialogue, but just in case there is some confusion: "Brother" and "Sister" are just general terms the Ynoizmno use between themselves. These characters are not related to each other.
You can assume the day I do an incestuous romance is the day I have suffered a brain aneurism and my pencils should be taken away from me. xD
I believe this is the first ten panel page I have ever done! Intense, man. But it was interesting to do, for sure.
