Prism then proceeded to tell Steven that she didn't tell him the whole story and that she had left a part out to tell him in private 

Steven: ok then what is it

Prism: what I told you before was mostly my mother's story 

Steven: but how

Prism: well in every timeline there is one diamond that had the earth as a colony 

Steven: ok go on

Prism: and well every time that diamond falls In love and has a child

Steven: so you mean there's like more of me

Prism: kind of but in each timeline things playout differently

Steven: so like what does

Prism: well there's a few timelines where you're a girl some where your mom is a different diamond you know but there can be other things

Steven: ok so what were you saying about the other stuff

Prism: oh sorry got a little carried away there

Steven: it's ok

Prism: ok anyways well my mom had earth she was the only diamond left and she saw beauty in it no war and no new forms, of course, she didn't need to then thousands of years later well I'm sure you know that part of the story

Steven: yep

Prism: then me 

Steven: but if your half-human why are you like this you don't look like a human

Prism: that's because I'm not anymore

Steven: what do you mean by anymore

Prism: well...
