in the case you forgot that the last few pages you read were a flashback.
I also do this to show a new detail you will see in later pages. the sharp-edges boxes will show that it is Ecantus and Junior(and sometimes also Arula) who are speaking in the present.
I chose to go with km measurement since that is the one I am most common with. sorry to all of you who use feet/inches.

oh yeah, before I forget; "czorn" is a swearing word on Anuvina. it's replacing our swearing words around heaven, hell, and God since on Anuvina; none of those things exist
