Brazil was not discovered, nor conquered. Brazil is made of invaded and unfairly taken land. To knwo the history and to acknowledge the native cultures is the very least empathy we can show these people.
Here are a few toponyms that use the suffix tyba (place full of):
Ka'a (bushes) + atã (hard) + tyba = ka'aatãndyba (Catanduva): brazilian savanna;
Takûara (bamboo-like plant) + e'em (sweet) + tyba = takûare'ẽndyba (Taquarenduva): sugar-cane field;
Mbóîa (snake) + tyba = mboîtyba (Boituva): a place full of snakes;
Arasá (a fruit) + tyba = arasatyba (araçatuba): a place full of araçás;
Gûyrá (bird) + tyba = gûyratyba (Güiratiba): place full of birds.
