I was sitting in the library, scrolling through my WhatsApp messages while listening to my library of music. I'm currently studying in uni now. I actually have 2 best friends, they were Sarah and Jane. Both already have boyfriends( I mean obviously, its not like they wouldn't attract any young lads with their grades and looks), but as for me, I ain't that lucky you know. Nobody has ever asked me out. Nobody.

Oh, but I actually don't really care, cause what is the use of them? They are just stumbling rocks of life. Anyways, where was I again, oh yes, about ,my WhatsApp messages, its loaded with many rubbish like ' oh my, my bf just asked me out on a romantic date at.......' or ' I'm so sad!I broke up with my bf!' its just too much to bear. I actually wanted to leave that chat, but well, I thought not as my friends disagreed. They were like,"you know Hazel, you will understand soon, once you have a boyfriend."

I wanted to tell them so badly that I was useless to have boyfriends but they wouldn't listen. They said that boyfriends are the sweetest thing in the world. (or the most bitter thing in the world). But oh well, my friends arranged a blind date for me tomorrow, they insisted that I had to go. I sighed. it was all useless, but I do wish I would have a perfect match......

The next day came quite quickly. the young lad came to my cafeteria table, and said 'hi, are you Hazel? I am Giron' I smiled weakly. He looked dashing, but he wasn't my type. I like those series boys, not those who look like playboys...... but through the conversation, I knew him a little better. But in the end, he ended with, " oh, and one more thing I need to tell you, do you know my girlfriend, Jacey? She is literally the sweetest girl out there......"

I guess he was taken. Why doesn't my friends look at the situation before setting something up? Oh well, when I thought I found the perfect match, I got it wrong. I guess I was quite disappointed.
