Mindy really wanted to be Lady Bracknell instead of Miss Prism because she's the best character in The Importance of Being Earnest, but they were outvoted.
Side note: back in the early days of this series (when I had 12 magical girls instead of 4 because I was just FILLED with hubris), Heather had a much more major role.
