End. The Stranger and Dr. Liston don't make it across the Atlantic to the Scottish Tunnels in search of Victor Frankenstein. The Stranger probably would have survived the trip but keeping Liston alive was taking a toll on her life force. But the Scottish Tunnels would have never opened their doors to a stranger and Frankenstein was dead anyway, lost to the elements, same as these two.
The project was very grim;m I don't believe anyone had a happy ending lol. But that's the end! Yay! My first webcomic online! These pages were not originally formatted for a webcomic platform so I think they look a little fuzzy but uploading this was great practice and experience!

In a world inspired by Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, a catastrophic event has forced humanity underground, into the tunnels. No one knows what life is like above 0. A stranger and doctor journey to find out.
"PERMAFROST" was an international transmedia project which included various medium, including sculpture, animation and graphic novels inspired by Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein" and the Voynich manuscript. "Life Above 0" is only a piece of the narrative, focusing on original characters, Dr. Liston and The Stranger who journey out of the tunnels in search of a reprieve for humanity. They search for Victor Frankenstein, the man who built the monster as he may be their only hope.
