In a world inspired by Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, a catastrophic event has forced humanity underground, into the tunnels. No one knows what life is like above 0. A stranger and doctor journey to find out.
"PERMAFROST" was an international transmedia project which included various medium, including sculpture, animation and graphic novels inspired by Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein" and the Voynich manuscript. "Life Above 0" is only a piece of the narrative, focusing on original characters, Dr. Liston and The Stranger who journey out of the tunnels in search of a reprieve for humanity. They search for Victor Frankenstein, the man who built the monster as he may be their only hope.
